1. Operator and scope
Awakened Wealth is a digital brand and evolving body of work created by Toni Lehtonen in Finland.
Seller details and digital-product purchase terms will be activated before paid sales are opened.
2. About Awakened Wealth
Awakened Wealth is an evolving digital brand and body of educational work relating to themes including personal development, systems thinking, value creation, work and entrepreneurship, money and cash flow, energy, attention, clarity, spiritual growth and personal freedom.
3. Educational purpose
Content is provided for general educational, informational, reflective and inspirational purposes.
It is not personalised financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, medical advice, psychological advice or mental-health treatment. Nothing on the website creates a professional adviser-client relationship.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Awakened Wealth does not guarantee income, profits, business success, investment results, employment, financial freedom, personal transformation, spiritual outcomes or any specific result within a particular time.
Results depend on individual and external factors, including personal decisions, skills, action, circumstances, market conditions, timing and third-party behaviour.
5. Newsletter and Beacons
The Awakened Wealth Letter is currently accessed through an ordinary outbound link to a Beacons-hosted signup page. When you follow that link, you leave awakenedwealth.co and enter a page operated through the Beacons platform.
Beacons provides the signup form, subscriber-management tools and email-delivery infrastructure used for the Awakened Wealth Letter. Beacons may also process information for its own platform operation, security, fraud prevention, analytics and legal compliance under its own policies.
Newsletter consent must be voluntary and may be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link included in emails or through the relevant Beacons subscription tools.
6. Paid checkout disabled
Paid digital-product sales are not currently available. Product purchase buttons must not lead to an active paid checkout until the required seller details and checkout controls are complete.
Before paid checkout opens, Awakened Wealth will publish the required seller information and activate the appropriate payment, digital delivery, withdrawal and refund terms.
7. Future product information
When paid products are introduced, the relevant product page should state the product's main characteristics, format, language, price, delivery method, technical requirements, compatibility, access limits and withdrawal information before an order is placed.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website content, written materials, frameworks, graphics, product files and branding are owned by Toni Lehtonen, licensed for use by Awakened Wealth or otherwise lawfully used.
The Awakened Wealth name, logos, visual identity, product materials and original frameworks may not be used in a way that implies authorship, endorsement, partnership or commercial permission without prior written permission.
Do not interpret the public brand name as a claim that Awakened Wealth is a registered company or registered trademark unless that status is expressly confirmed in updated legal information.
9. Prohibited uses
Users must not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse contact forms, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, harass others through the service or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Direct links to publicly available website pages may be shared.
10. Third-party services
Awakened Wealth is not responsible for matters independently controlled by a third party, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Availability and changes
Free website content may be updated, corrected, suspended or removed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, platform outages, security incidents, technical problems or circumstances outside reasonable control.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective or undelivered digital content, or liability arising from intentional or grossly negligent conduct where such liability cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Awakened Wealth is not responsible for a specific financial, business, personal or spiritual outcome arising from a user's independent decisions based on general educational or inspirational content.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If a future customer is a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection available under the law applicable in the customer's country of residence.
14. Direct resolution and consumer disputes
When paid sales are later enabled, customers are encouraged to contact Awakened Wealth first so that a problem can be investigated and resolved directly.
If a consumer purchase dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiations, a consumer may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services before referring the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, products, platforms, business details or legal requirements. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
