Terms of Use, Intellectual Property & Digital Product Licence

Scope: These Terms cover Awakened Wealth website content, digital products, intellectual property, personal-use licensing, AI/data-mining restrictions, external services, consumer rights and copyright notices.

These Terms apply to the Awakened Wealth website, digital products, downloadable materials, written content, audio and video content, graphics, educational materials, digital tools and other content published under the Awakened Wealth brand.

Awakened Wealth is a brand under which Toni Lehtonen creates and publishes content, products and services.

References in these Terms to “Awakened Wealth”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Toni Lehtonen operating and publishing under the Awakened Wealth brand, unless otherwise stated.

These Terms apply to the use of Awakened Wealth materials and, where applicable, form part of the terms governing purchases and access to digital products.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all original materials created and owned by Toni Lehtonen and published under the Awakened Wealth brand are owned by Toni Lehtonen.

These Terms are intended to protect Awakened Wealth's legally protectable original expression and materials, not to claim ownership over general ideas, facts, universal principles or concepts that are not capable of legal protection.

6. Original Frameworks, Structure and Expression

Awakened Wealth products may contain original combinations of:

Nothing in these Terms is intended to create exclusive ownership over general personal-development principles, spiritual concepts, common knowledge, facts, methods or ideas that cannot legally be monopolised.

However, the fact that an individual underlying idea may be general or commonly known does not grant permission to copy the original Awakened Wealth text, graphics, presentation, product structure or other protected expression used to communicate that idea.

7. Artificial Intelligence, Automated Extraction and Data Mining

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rights relating to text and data mining and other automated extraction of protected Awakened Wealth materials are expressly reserved.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, Awakened Wealth materials may not be systematically copied, scraped, harvested, downloaded, extracted or processed for the purpose of:

8. Awakened Wealth Brand and Identity

Nothing in these Terms represents that Awakened Wealth is a registered trademark unless and until such registration has actually been obtained.

Nevertheless, no permission is granted to use Awakened Wealth branding or identity in a misleading manner.

You may not, without appropriate permission:

9. Third-Party Materials

Where third-party technology has been used as part of the creation process, applicable rights remain subject to both applicable law and relevant third-party licence terms.

10. Copyright and Rights Notices

Copyright notices, ownership information, credits, metadata, watermarks and other rights-management information included in Awakened Wealth materials must not be intentionally removed or altered for the purpose of concealing ownership or facilitating unauthorised use.

The absence of a copyright notice on an individual page, image, post or other piece of content does not constitute permission to copy, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit that material.

11. Unreleased and Confidential Materials

14. Digital Products and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or removes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Where applicable law provides a consumer with a right of withdrawal, that right applies in accordance with applicable law.

Where digital content is supplied immediately or during an applicable withdrawal period, the consumer loses their statutory right of withdrawal only where the applicable legal requirements for such loss have been satisfied, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Any statutory rights concerning defective, non-conforming or improperly supplied digital content remain unaffected.

These Terms must be read together with any specific purchase information presented to the customer during checkout.

15. Product Access

Digital products are provided using the access method stated at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly promised otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not guarantee that a particular third-party platform or technical delivery method will remain unchanged indefinitely.

Awakened Wealth may reasonably change the technical method through which content is delivered, provided that mandatory contractual and consumer rights are respected.

Customers must not intentionally bypass access restrictions, security mechanisms or technical measures used to control access to paid or restricted materials.

16. Intellectual Property Enforcement

Toni Lehtonen reserves the right to protect and enforce applicable intellectual property and contractual rights relating to Awakened Wealth.

Where unauthorised copying, redistribution, resale, impersonation or commercial exploitation occurs, available actions may include, where appropriate and legally available:

17. Termination of Licence

If a user materially breaches the licence restrictions contained in these Terms, Toni Lehtonen / Awakened Wealth may terminate or restrict the contractual licence granted to that user where legally permitted.

Termination of access does not transfer intellectual property rights to the user and does not authorise continued unauthorised copying, distribution, resale or commercial exploitation of protected materials.

Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Toni Lehtonen / Awakened Wealth is not responsible for indirect losses resulting solely from a user's personal interpretation, decisions or actions based on educational or informational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

19. External Services and Third-Party Platforms

Awakened Wealth may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, social media services or other external services.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Awakened Wealth is not responsible for the independent terms, policies or operations of third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, limit, exclude or override any statutory right or protection that cannot validly be waived, limited or excluded.

If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the maximum extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply under Finnish law, European Union law or other applicable mandatory law.

Where the customer is a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives the consumer of mandatory rights or dispute-resolution options available under applicable law.

The parties should, where reasonable, first attempt to resolve disputes directly and amicably.

22. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in:
