Commerce policy
Digital Products, Withdrawal & Refunds
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This policy is prepared for future commerce. It does not activate paid checkout.
1. Scope
This Policy is intended for future electronically delivered Awakened Wealth products, including downloadable PDFs, ebooks, worksheets, templates, audio, video, digital learning resources and other digital files or digital access.
2. General withdrawal right
Consumers protected by EU or EEA consumer law generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content, calculated from the conclusion of the contract.
This right may be lost when the customer validly requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal.
3. Immediate digital delivery
Before immediate delivery begins, an EU consumer must be asked to expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal will be lost once digital delivery begins.
The consent and acknowledgement must be active, separate and not preselected.
4. Required checkout acknowledgement
The customer must actively select the following or an equivalent statement before immediate digital delivery begins:
I expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
I acknowledge that by giving this consent, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal once digital delivery begins.
5. Where the right has not been validly lost
If the required consent, acknowledgement, information or confirmation has not been properly provided, the customer may retain a statutory right of withdrawal. Nothing in this Policy attempts to remove a withdrawal right that has not been validly lost.
6. Change-of-mind refunds
Where the customer has validly lost the statutory right of withdrawal, no change-of-mind refund is available after digital delivery begins.
This does not affect mandatory rights concerning digital content that is defective, not delivered, inaccessible, corrupted, incorrectly charged or materially different from its description.
7. Defective, undelivered or misdescribed content
This Policy does not limit mandatory rights where a product was not delivered, access does not function due to a problem attributable to the seller or delivery platform, the file is corrupted, the customer was charged more than once for the same order, the product is materially different from its description or the digital content otherwise fails to conform to mandatory legal requirements.
Depending on the situation and applicable law, the remedy may include renewed access, correction, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, termination of the agreement or a refund.
8. Electronic withdrawal function
If the contract is made through Beacons or another checkout platform, a form built only on awakenedwealth.co must not be described as satisfying the same-interface withdrawal-function requirement unless that implementation has been legally and technically confirmed.
This is a commerce-launch blocker whenever a customer may retain a statutory withdrawal right.
9. Refund method
When paid sales are enabled, approved refunds are normally issued through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the actual platform, payment provider, customer's bank or another payment service involved in the transaction.
10. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights that cannot legally be waived.
