If digital products are sold through Beacons or another external checkout platform, withdrawal and refund instructions should be followed through the information provided at checkout, the applicable delivery emails or the stated support channel.
2. External checkout platform
If a contract is made through Beacons or another external checkout platform, that platform may provide the relevant purchase records, delivery information, refund tools, support route or checkout-specific instructions.
3. Information needed for requests
A valid withdrawal or refund request may require information needed to identify the purchase, such as the purchaser's name, purchase email, order reference, product name and purchase date.
