1. Critical limitation
If a contract is made through Beacons or another external checkout platform, a form built only on awakenedwealth.co must not be described as satisfying the requirement for an electronic withdrawal function on the same interface where the contract was made unless that implementation has been legally and technically confirmed.
2. Future electronic withdrawal function fields
If a compliant electronic withdrawal function is later implemented, it should collect only information needed to identify and process the withdrawal notice.

Complete and return this form only if you have a continuing statutory right of withdrawal and wish to withdraw from the agreement.
